Step 2 - Schedule A Call
Schedule a call with us to discuss your requirements and schedule an in-person survey of your building to ensure the heat pump will be the right investment for you.
If you haven’t completed a heat pump estimate already – no problem, we will walk you through it over a call.
Step 3 - Survey
A heat loss survey is required to confirm what energy savings are achievable for your home. It’s possible to be more than 20% more efficient than other heating systems on average.
Not every home meets the criteria and we strive to provide the best recommendation based on confirming the relevant factors with an in-person survey.
After completing our survey. Followed by providing an accurate quote and the necessary paperwork to review.
Step 4 - We'll Apply For The Government Grant
Modern Renewables Solutions can offer a £7,500 grant towards the heat pump (Boiler Upgrade Scheme). Once you sign the paperwork – we can apply for the grant on your behalf and this gets deducted from the final invoice.

Step 5 - Design and Approve The Heat Pump
Our Sister company modernhcs.co.uk is MCS certified. We are either able to sign off from 3-parties or design the heat pump solution and sign off all in-house to help with calculating the pinpoint cost savings.
Step 6 - Installation and completion
We will arrange everything required for the installation as detailed in your estimate.
Once the installation is complete we will provide a comprehensive test of the system.
Step 7 - Handover and paperwork
Once we complete the installation and test we complete a full demonstration of the systems, ensuring you are familiar with all aspects so you can start enjoying cleaner, cheaper energy.
Stage 8 - After Care
After we complete the installation and handover of the systems we are on hand to help with issues, training, maintenance and support to ensure you get the most out of your renewable energy systems for years to come.
